Reservation policy: All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card and confirmed by Armor Manoir Sherbrooke to be valid.

Cancellation policy: Reservation cancellations must be made by telephone or Fax at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival to avoid charges.

No cancellations by e-mail will be accepted.

All cancellations received later this delay will result in a 1 night charge + taxes for each reserved room.
